This Privacy Policy explains how VoxWallet collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use the VoxWallet mobile application and related services.
1. About VoxWallet
VoxWallet is a personal finance app for tracking wallets, income, expenses, categories, subscriptions, and financial insights across Android and iOS.
2. Information We Collect
- Name, email, profile photo (if provided).
- Authentication identifiers and session metadata.
- Wallets, balances, transactions, categories, budgets, notes.
- User preferences such as currency and language.
- In-app purchase product IDs and purchase tokens.
- Subscription status and renewal/expiration metadata.
- Device model, OS version, app version, diagnostics.
- Crash, performance, and stability logs.
3. Why We Use Your Data
- To create and maintain your account.
- To provide budgeting and transaction management features.
- To process and verify subscriptions/in-app purchases.
- To send requested reminders and notifications.
- To improve reliability, security, and fraud prevention.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
4. App Permissions
- Camera: capture wallet/profile images.
- Photos/Media: choose existing wallet/profile images.
- Microphone: voice transaction input features.
- Notifications: budget reminders, billing, and important alerts.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
VoxWallet premium features are processed through official app store billing systems (Google Play Billing and Apple In-App Purchase where applicable). We do not store your full card number in the app. Store-provided purchase tokens/receipts may be processed for subscription validation.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We only share data when needed to run the app.
- Google / Firebase services: authentication, storage, messaging.
- Google Play / Apple: billing and subscription status validation.
- Infrastructure providers: secure hosting and service operations.
- Legal compliance: if required by law or legal process.
7. Data Retention
We retain data while your account is active or as required to provide services, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and related data.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and secure storage mechanisms for sensitive app credentials. No method of storage or transmission is guaranteed to be 100% secure.
9. Children’s Privacy
VoxWallet is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum digital consent age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. Your Rights
- Access and update your account information.
- Request correction or deletion of your data.
- Disable notifications in device settings.
- Manage or cancel subscription in app store account settings.
11. Account Deletion Request
VoxWallet users can request account deletion and deletion of associated data by following these steps.
- Send an email to support@voxwallet.uz with subject: VoxWallet Account Deletion Request.
- Include the account email you use in VoxWallet.
- We may ask for simple ownership confirmation before processing deletion.
You can also remove most in-app data immediately from Profile by using Clear All Data.
What is deleted- Profile data stored in app database (name, preferences, profile photo URL).
- Wallets and balances.
- Transactions and notes.
- Budgets and recurring bills.
- Registered push notification tokens.
- Purchase and billing records required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, and audit obligations.
- Minimal server logs required for security and abuse prevention.
- Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
- Required legal/audit records may be retained for up to 180 days, then deleted or anonymized.
12. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any important update will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
